This one star belongs to Dr Gallegos and him alone. This is not about 3 Crosses whatsoever. I was not impressed by Dr Gallegos care in the ER. I had been treated in the past by Dr Said at 3 Crosses in the last and he treated me with more respect as a human being, a patient who needed help. Dr Said’s care, understanding and gentle bedside manner made me feel like how I was feeling mattered, far more than I was given today by this Dr. Gallegos.
