Very good and well equipped! They had four people coming and were helping to move the furniture to clean the corners. Very efficient and very professional! Carpet looks super refreshed afterwards and price is very reasonable. Will definitely call again when needed
I recently had the pleasure of working with Emmanuel Carpet Cleaning for a post-construction cleanup, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. At first, I found it odd that they were named with carpet cleaners, but they provided a wide range of cleaning services. A guest spilled not one, but two completely full glasses of red wine on a not-yet-two-week-old (and not cheap) rug. It appeared to be a complete loss. I called half the carpet cleaning companies in NYC. Most were answering machines, or said service wouldn't be available for 3-4 days (once the stain had really set). Only Milton was available on short notice. He was at our door first thing in the morning - on a Sunday. He made no promises, but he got the stains out. The rug is good as new.
