I stopped by Emmanuel Auto today (the day before Thanksgiving!) after having some issues with my starter motor which began while I was driving in from out of town. It was already on the way out and I had plans to replace it myself, but I couldn't remove the starter bolts holding it in given the access and that they were probably seized given it's a 20+ year old BMW. Ive taken my car to multiple mechanics in Durham and Emmanuel auto and his crew haven't disappointed me yet. Timely, fair priced, and complete satisfactory everytime. Nice people as well. I I wish everyone did good business like these people.
Friendly mechanics who are communicative and transparent with well-priced services! I've gone in a couple of times, once for an AC recharge and a second time for a brake replacement, tire rotation, and oil change. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing maintenance or repairs!
This is my favorite car repair shop. I got a Mazda 6 sedan right now. I have owned three cars since 2019 but this auto repair shop is where i take my cars for all sorts of repairs, oil changes and all other fluid changes in general. My car was making a weird noise right before a road trip. I brought it to Jose and he listened to the sound right away and fixed is (replaced the rotor and brakes) the same day, and also test drove it on the highway to ensure that it sounded good and to check the alignment. He kept me updated via text the whole time. Highly recommend this garage!
