The man I spoke to (who I assume is the owner or manager) was extremely rude and dismissive. He was absolutely useless and of no help to me at all. He said he could help me with my tire but that he wasn’t going to because of the weather (it wasn’t actively snowing or raining, he just said there was no point because there’s snow on the ground). Went up the street to another auto shop who actually helped me with my tire. What’s the point of you even being there if you can’t do your job.
I got rear ended in an accident, my car stalled and brought it to his shop. I was using for a week before it stalled. He said the battery was drained due to the trunk is slightly open and the light drained the battery. With a jumper it will crank but wont start. So i purchase a New Battery from him. 100 ft later it stalled again, He came and did everything and still the car wont start. Recommended me a to body shop. Great experience! Called for a quote and spoke with Emmanuel. Gave me a good quote and an honest answer about whether or not it was worth it due to the age and condition of my car. Decided to not get the repair but look forward to giving Emmanuel business going forward!
I always go here for my oil changes and recently they change my car battery and even gave me suggestions on other auto repairs. They have great service and are very professional.
