Do NOT go here!!! This place is a scam. My Mum dropped her engagement ring off to get resized and somehow the ring was damaged during the process and 2 of her diamonds have gone missing!!! The owner claims that he cannot find the diamonds? He offered to send it off and replace the diamonds with $12 diamonds instead. What diamonds cost $12??? Not my story but a local . I beleive people should know before going in here as I just read a similar comment 2 years ago about a similar situation. This story went public. The shop lost a sentimental bracelet rose gold chain and locket of a customer's. It was given to the customers mother on her mothers wedding day and then her mum has given it to her on her wedding day. The place has been very helpful in trying to locate the bracelet . But no luck. Hopefully it has a happy ending.

What a horrific experience! The store gave me the wrong necklace after a simple clasp repair. Refused to claim that they were in the wrong claiming he hasn't made a "mistake in 50 years" and that the necklace was in fact mine (unbelievable)!
