I had a blowout this morning taking my girls to school so was in the market for a new set of tires. I got quotes from Emma’s tire shop and spoke to Mr Bobby. This was about 11am. He gave me prices on 5 different sets of tires and every single one of the prices he gave me were very close to or slightly less than Discount Tire in Palestine. I can’t thank Emma enough!! She came out to us where we was stuck on the side of the road with a blow out. She took our tire off and went and changed it and got us back on the road. She kept a smile on her face and really made the whole experience great. Thank you again Emma!
The customer service at this business was exceptional and very heartfelt. I recommend them anytime.
Great people! Super courteous and do a great job. Used them in October to repair flat on my wife’s car in Slocum elementary parking lot. Today they repaired my tractor tire after coming to pick it up and brought it back to reinstall on tractor. Thank you again for the awesome service
