My daughter is a type 1 diabetic. Her blood sugar was over 400 and she noticed her last 2 vials of insulin were cloudy and not working. She called at 1 today (Friday) to tell the nurse about the situation and see if they could call in a prescription. The nurse told her she had to make an apt and wanted to send her through the weekend with no insulin. They never called in a prescription so no we are headed to the ER to see if they will write one. I felt that she was good at asking questions to get the best information and she was very good at explaining things that I asked. Great staff. Everyone was very warm and helpful.

She will rush you by saying “is that all?” multiple times while you are talking. She is rude and clueless. She said my labs were normal. I confronted her about my low growth hormone and thyroid but she said “I can’t fix you all at once.” She told me to keep increasing my steroids (I was already on a high dose so this is dangerous) and go to the ER every time I feel sick. OU (where she works) has a policy that you can’t switch endos once established unless you report the one you saw to the clinic manager. I tried getting ahol... read more

If you want a doctor that is receptive and takes your concerns seriously and into consideration, look elsewhere.
