10 stars! I saw Poppy for a haircut (small trim, light dusting, and to remove some heaviness from my crown). I really appreciated how she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to consult with me instead of just following "orders." She was strategic able to clearly explain the 'what' and 'why' of what she was suggesting, which made me trust her. I have been a customer for about a year now and have seen both Hannah and Poppy for hair coloring, cut and styling, as well as eyebrow waxing and tinting with Ella, their esthetician. They have all been friendly, knowledgeable, and proficient at what they do. Service costs are on the upper end, but I couldn't be happier with the outcome after each visit. The salon is beautiful and serene, and I look forward to each appointment! 😊❣️
I recently visited Emma Justine hair salon for hair extensions and color, and I have to say, I was really impressed. Walking in, the atmosphere felt welcoming and friendly. The staff make you feel valued as a customer. When it came to the hair extensions, Laura did an amazing job matching the color to my natural hair.
