I had a very negative with the owner Emma today, at Emma & Co Hair Design when I went in for a root touch up. Emma charged me an extra $20 for using additional colour on my hair even though no extra colour was mixed or used. As I was leaving the salon, I overheard the assistant who had also worked on my hair, tell Emma that no extra colour was used. Excellent precision cut. I used to be a stylist & it’s hard to find a good stylist with lots of experience that’s up to date. Plus she’s really nice.
