Office staff are terrible. They never return calls or answer any text messages that they say to use. The Doctor is fine , but the clinic she works out of is one of the worst I’ve ever seen!
Dr Cid is very nice but very forgetful, 2 month now I wait for a heart monitor, nothing .I called up there 3 time gave my information to the secretary, and twice she said please repeat that ..hear I am talking loud and clear ... I would not recommend her to anyone that has a heart condition. I am looking for another Ccardiology ,..I will give only one star .... the worst dr ever , 😊

Beware Medicaid Patients! Medical diagnostic fraud. In 2015 I went to see Emma Cid a cardiologist then at Houston Family Physicians at 8968 Kirby Dr Houston TX 77054. She did heart testing.She ordered me a heart monitor device. But it never came. I contacted the company and they never shipped it. But billed Medicaid. She also had an attitude asking me about confidential things like my psychiatric records.
