I’m going to be very honest. It took me a while to write this review because I didn’t want to affect the buisness but honestly this place needs to reported. The comments saying they’re picky about the Groupon and booking is 100% true. You apparently can’t book the same day or else they charge you regular price. Which I’ve never heard in my entire life. Called to schedule 2 facials for Saturday but instead of Emma saying whether there was any appointments, she wanted to know if I was paying cash or groupon. After hearing it's groupon, she said until Monday she had availability. This is my second time experiencing this. It's upsetting that groupons are not treated the same as a cash client..this shouldn't be the case. I started coming here about 2 years ago never had an issue purchasing eyebrow packages from their store in person with the Groupon price until today. The owner was rude and not rational due to the fact she is selling and marketing her price on Groupon and not honoring it to her customer. The staff is very friendly but I'm very disappointed with their work. I had a facial done day before yesterday, and I have a severe allergic reaction in my face. They used a low-quality facial brand. My facial was supposed to be 60 minutes, the esthetician spent 30 minutes just steaming my face. Not recommended
