SN: I paid $3K plus to the shop, why would I need anything free?? Look at the unprofessional response the owner added. BEWARE REVIEW: I had an engine replaced in 2020 The install was speedy but there were many issues afterwards: 1) One of the hoses was leaking & instead of the shop owner finding the hose’s part no. with my VIN, he made me do it. I have been going to Emma Automotive for a long time and my experience with them has always been positive! Making an appointment for service is easy, same day is not a problem. I went in for an oil change this week and was very pleased, as usual, with the courteous and prompt service. I will continue to use Emma Automotive and I highly recommend them to others!
