This is my third and last time at this salon. I was given an appointment time and end up waiting more than two hours while they take person who came in after me because she was talking crappy about the service. It was obvious that the braiders take the customers who yell and talk loudly about the service as another customer began to yell to let them know she needed to go. What do you know… yes. She was attended to immediately. Poor service and greed. If you don’t have the manpower you should not schedule appointments. SMDH.
Came in for kinky twist, and they came out 10 out of 10 amazing, not too tight, perfect parts, great quality work and very professional! They make you feel like family and the shop is very clean! This is my 4th time going to this shop and they are now my go to everytime!!
THIS IS THE MUST EXCEPTIONAL BRAIDING SPOT IN BLOOMFIELD. EMMA IS AMAZING AND SUPER AFFORDABLE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The braids are absolutely beautiful. But the customer service is not. I have been there about 5 times. I didn’t go back for a bit. On my first visit, the lady told me they changed the policy and you had to pay upfront. The whole time I watch several people (as my hair was being done) pay at the end of the service. Idk why I was asked to pay upfront when all I asked if they take card or cash. I did my hair on Monday and the braider was so rough with me.
