I had just a short 20 mi wait before being seen by PA Emily. She is very knowledgeable and professional. A wonderful person.
I came in without being able to hear. I thought it was wax. I ended up with an ear irrigation. They were gentle and very efficient. It seems I had no wax instead a plug of skin in each ear. It felt so good to have her pull it out of my ear! They constantly asked me if l could handle the irrigation and extraction. They were very comforting.
The nurse and doctor were very helpful and considerate caregivers. I would recommend the clinic to others.
