Trash apartments, they allow trash and furniture to sit in the breezeway and don’t fine the residents for it. They need to clean those apartments up. Roaches all over the place even in the breezeway. I don’t live there but a relative does. When they first moved there about 4 years ago it was under great management and they didn’t allow any trash in breezeway or balconies. I really like how the setups are. They have four bedrooms. Drove around, the property looks really clean.

Living here is a nightmare. They never fix anything; even when you try to pay on time, their website won't let you—seemingly just to hit you with late fees. They might leave you without A/C for up to a month—or even two months, as happened to me. On top of that, the place is full of people on drugs who bother you constantly.

Never available, doesn’t answer phones, maintenance is a joke. Pool was never cleaned despite numerous promises. Don’t forget to give way more notice than necessary about your move out date. They will just straight avoid you to keep you in your lease. Ask me how I know? Haven’t been able to get someone to answer a phone for a month.
