SUPER SWEET STAFF!! They have the best customer service and explained everything so well as far as application process and move in process. Ms. Vanessa, Stephanie & Rosie all nice women. I would recommend this property to other individuals, looking to move and in a nice & clean apartment complex.
I really wanted to leave this place a 5 star review because the apartments themselves are beautiful but the application process was a negative 10! Rosie was the one who initially helped me with the application and told me that even with my broken lease they could get me in. All great! Then I don’t know what happened and Mirabel took over the process. Let me just say that I have NEVER met a property manager (if she is that) as rude and condescending as her. You would think that because they are trying to sell you an apartment... read more
