Yeah now they are whining because they do not have enough business to keep the place profitable, as UPMC is pulling out. I stopped going there 6+ years ago because they were so darn rude. I'd make appointments months in advance to accommodate my vacation week and they'd continuously reschedule to out beyond my vacation week.
