Great service, friendly staff. They were straight forward about the repair. Fixed my issues and didn't try to swindle me into unnecessary service or repairs. Dropped my vehicle off in the morning, and picked it up later that afternoon. No hassle. Recommended, will be bringing all my vehicles here in the future.
i went in to get a tire changed out and 5 spark plugs (that I provided) installed. This 30-60 minute procedure took the guy 2.5 allegedly, and he has the nerve to think that his time is worth $65 an hour!!! Long story short, I was charged $200 for labor and other assorted fees, for a simple thing that should have taken a skilled mechanic a half hour total. Only go to Emlaw's if it's your last resort.
