Took some pillow cases here. One had blood on it. Lady said they could get it out. Go back - still blood...but also - pillow cases have been ironed. Oh wait...you can’t get the stain out but take the time to set it in by adding heat. WHAT?!?! Oh also...they make you pay for whatever you bring in - even if they ruin it. Do yourself a favor - take that drive and go elsewhere. This may be the only dry cleaner in Valatie - but do you really want to go there with their review average so low? It’s a chance you’d best not take.
