Very nice shop and so easy to work with
Over priced services, I was charged 40 dollars to have my necklace shined and to have a single ring put on to connect the chain to a clasp. Only for them to tell me my item couldn’t be shined because it was a coated metal, while I was still charged for the shining service. I’ve had other jewelry stores do these exact two services for free and it didn’t take a week to get my necklace back either. They returned it the same day I pretty much paid 40 for a single ring to be put on (photo attached). Go elsewhere for your service.... read more
