Pilates has been a game changer for me. It has helped alleviate so much of my back pain and has really helped me to gain core strength. I have zero athletic ability, terrible coordination, and extremely limited flexibility (not to mention that I am in my 40s and overweight!) and I am able to do this and enjoy it! Great experience working with Laura. The space is clean and streamlined and plenty of equipment which they continue to add to.
