We had such a great experience with Emitless! The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The team is very knowledgeable and made sure we understood every step, everything was laid out clearly from the beginning. Do not trust this company. They have no customer service line to speak to. I spoke to a man who couldn't even pull up my file and had a crying baby in the background. They approached my mom at her doorstep, clearly took advantage of her by convincing her to purchase their equipment when nothing was wrong with her existing equipment. They locked her into a deal to OWN equipment when she knew she was moving houses but wasn't in the right state to make decisions like these since her husband had recently passed.
