After waiting literally months past expected release of their sprayer (we purchased 2 for close to a $10k bill) they were delivered and clearly manufactured with second option cheap parts. We got maybe 1-2 jobs out of each before they broke down and after shipping back and ordering parts to do our own repairs, it was time to just eat the cost of what we paid for them. Very innovative sprayer products. Great service and good company all around. Highly recommend for state of the art disinfectant use
I bought 2 of the EM360 sprayers (4200 each) and after the first pump went (without paying for itself at 1.00/sq foot) I opened the second one this week and it has a defective pump out of the box. EMIST stopped making them soon after the pumps were recognized as garbage and do not support their equipment. Bad product and worse company.
