I paid Arlington Auto Clinic $455 in Dec 2024 for front brakes/rotors with a 1-year warranty. Less than 9 months and ~3,000–4,000 miles later, the brakes were grinding. Another shop confirmed the rotors were defective, but Arlington tried to charge me labor again and upsell $600+ in calipers/hoses that weren’t identified originally. When I refused, they even returned my car missing a rim/hubcap — which they later admitted and apologized for. Unprofessional, dismissive, and failed to honor their warranty in good faith.
