Today I came to sky cargo office to get my boxes from Dubai. The office was open but I had a terrible experience with their service. It seems like nobody wants to work there. I didn’t get my boxes because they charged me almost $2000 and they told me: customer service is closed today, come tomorrow and pick up your boxes, but the price tomorrow will be $190 more than today for storage. Worst place to unload at in seattle area. Nothing has changed in the past 10 yrs. Everyone is so slooooow. Dock workers are out hiding and the ones who you do see through the cage are just daydreaming collecting their hourly pay in slow motion. Always takes 2 plus hrs to get loaded or unloaded. Even if you're 1st in line. Be prepared for 2 hrs wait time at least
