Emir did so much work to guarantee the closing of our condo. Because we were out of town, Emir had to hire two different workmen to do tasks required by our buyers. He found excellent people who did the work beautifully in record time. Emir was at our condo one night at 8:00 getting a closet painted. That’s the kind of conscientious attention he gave to every aspect of our sale.

Emir was awesome to work with and was very responsive to all my needs. He’s suggested to sell the property for more than I was originally thought it would sell for. It sold in two days at list price and went from listing to closing in less than 30 days! I would highly recommend Emir if you have a real estate to purchase or sell.
