Best Dr and staff on east coast ,cares about his patients
Highly unprofessional, one of the receptionists there Mercedes, turned my husband away from being seen after another, more kind and professional receptionist Heather said they do accept our insurance. Mecerdes obviously did not try to help my husband and did not even check online where she would have seen Dr. Emir Rubio was listed as his PCP. She called back and instead of apologizing kept cutting me off and defending herself. Very rude. I hope this does not reflect the care of Dr. Emir Rubio, or the rest of his staff.
