I came to get checked up at the office on 12700 SOUTHFORK rd for a cough and other symptoms I had to make sure everything was ok. The medical assistant took my vitals and asked if I wanted to be Covid tested. I asked if I needed to get tested and she advised me I did not need to be so I declined the test.
