Best Spa in Hattiesburg MS … HANDS DOWN. If anyone states different I’m pretty sure they are in the WRONG. The rules and terms are very clear & booking is easy as 1,2,3. I highly recommend them for any beauty enhancing service.
This place is a total joke!! Any business that will charge you a no call/no show fee when THEY change your appointment the same day is not a place that I want to do business with. Very unprofessional and I will tell as many people as I can to not go here!!!
This place really gets no stars from me but that wasn't an option. I've never been and I don't plan on ever going. I have seen and followed up with a customer who was denied a promotion, over charged, AND DID NOT EVEN RECEIVE HER SERVICE. Not only that, but she reached out and only asked to receive her money back since she was not rightfully offered the service she booked for.
