Came to St. Louis for a work trip, ended up finding Eminent Strength. $15 day pass and had a FILTHY push day. Couldn’t be happier.
Power lifters paradise and body-builders dream! This gym rocks!! I am visiting from out of state and getting a day pass was both cheap and incredibly easy. This gym also has some of the coolest and nicest equipment including tons of old-school bodybuilding machines I had never seen, competition benches/racks, and crossfit stations. Also, the gym is open 24/7 (even for day pass members) and has snacks, pre-workout, and protein drinks/bars available to purchase anytime. Excellent staff and gym and equipment!
This facility is a hidden GYM. Nestled amidst warehousing space. Pulling up to the door you may feel that it is a small studio facility. When you enter you find yourself in an Iron Sanctuary. Featuring gym equipment for the past and present. The walls are decorated with old school bodybuilding and art work.
