Simply put, this is the greatest gym of all time. There isn’t a negative thing to say, the equipment, the atmosphere, the location, it’s all perfect. It has everything anyone could need no matter your lifting style.
Great gym, friendly owner, and super friendly people who introduce themselves. Has a wide variety of machines and 3 separate rooms with different machines. Amazing PL section with both KG plates and Reg metal plates.
went there for the first time today, and as a bodybuilder I was happy to see they had every piece of back equipment that you need. Two different chest supported machines with 3 different grip angles, T bar row, and several different pull down/row stations with all necessary attachments/angles to hit every part of your back. Probably plenty of other back equipment im not mentioning as well.
Came to St. Louis for a work trip, ended up finding Eminent Strength. $15 day pass and had a FILTHY push day. Couldn’t be happier.
