My glass door was damaged from a flying rock, probably from a mower, while their landscape team was there. They were gracious enough to cover the costs of repairs. They weren't required to repair the door, but did anyway. I appreciate their integrity, and recommend businesses like this that take care of their customers.
Our HOA community began working with Eminent this summer. Problems with irrigation were quickly resolved, and our grounds appearance improved. The various crews talk to each other, which is not always the case, and leads to better service. If some detail needs to be addressed, the work is done quietly and without additional charges.
