Looking for a specific car for ages and these guys had the one I wanted. They kept in contact and was extremely professional and helpful. There was no pressure at all to purchase, and just genuinely lovely guys! Special shout out to Jacob, who was lovely and had a sense of humour. Made the whole process smooth and easy. Sold me a car that was not fit for purpose, in less than 6 months the engine failed , the car was trouble from day one and was not as described, I should have sent it back but gave them a chance to fix the issues however very quickly I found the car was worse then even I thought and had been messed with to look like all was ok … it was not. Bought a car with underlining issues that they knew about. But still sold the car. Knowing they’ll let the warranty company sort it. Once I drove the car off they have been in contact with me but are very reluctant to want to help me fix the issues. The rear discs and pads were perished, the washer bottle was leaking the dpf is full the maintenance service is overdue and some of the lights don’t work and the under trey is missing. I genuinely thought they’d sort the issues before purchasing
