Good staff and product
GELISH UNPLUGGED LAMPS I bought 2 lamps from this store EMINENT BEAUTY SYSTEM and didn’t cure properly the gel products, (we are doing nails for over 20 years and we always use this lamps) after 12 days of purchase,wanted to replace or return but owner denied. We sent to the service on my own cost in US with this company and no refund or replacement. Now they send them back , one is cracked and one is paint chipped. Very disappointed about this situation. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the woman who works there, but she was just great. Responsive and willing to help. I have been looking for a similar store for a long time and this is definitely one of the best. I bought a lot of things and spent very little money. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
We bought 2 lamps(close to $900) from this store and the second day both were broken , one just shuts off the other one doesn’t cure the gel. We ask for a return or replacement from eminent beauty but they denied, we contact the manufacturer with the serial numbers and both lamps are out of warranty . It came the owner’s name and the date when lamps was purchased. This is a big warning sign for potential buyers from this store , we just want to help other people to save their money, Not recommended for anyone, not worth it.
