The only reason this review isn't a single star is that the owner/operator is a nice guy that does middle of the road work. The problem is, the work isn't perfect, and you'll end up chasing him down for months to get it fixed, only to be saddled with shoddy work, no refund, and no communication. I've spent a year now texting him to try and get some bubbles out of my tint on my truck. We'd agree on a date, only for him to never answer my text about what time to bring the truck by. Stay Away, This company is a complete Joke. Terrible product, Terrible customer service.
I gave (coleton) the owner a $200 deposit to tint my truck I reach out to confirm my appointment and he never responded I’ve reach out many times over many forms of contact and he continues to ignore me this has happened over many months. I HIGHLY do not recommend him or his business he will take your money and run.
Avoid Eminence Window Tinting at All Costs I made the mistake of trusting a recommendation and booked with Eminence Window Tinting. The guy didn't show up for our appointment, leaving me waiting for over two hours. Then he tried to scam me out of a $120 deposit and blocked me when I asked for the refund he promised. He also tried to pressure me into paying through Zelle, claiming his Square account wasn’t working. Coleton (the owner) tinted my car on 6/28/2024 and after the 3 day "dry" period, i noticed issues on every single window. I gave it more time and on 7/13/2024, I sent him a text letting him know of the issues. He did not respond. On 7/14/2024, I sent him another text, to which he did not respond. I had to call him from a different number and he answered. I told him of the issues and he asked me to resend the pictures, so I did. He did not respond.
