I replaced my AC by Eminenece back in 2018 summer and just recently replaced the Furnace. Brandon (owner of Eminenece) listens to customer's issue very carefully and address for resolution in best possible way. Doing business with him is fair price and future servicing is not a matter of stress as he'll try to resolve any HVAC trouble in a rapid and reasonable manner.
Brandon, business owner of Eminence Heating and Air Conditioning is fantastic. He’s saved me multiple times when my AC died in the Ottawa summer heatwave and when my furnace stopped working during a winter cold front. He’s quick, honest, reliable, and fair. Highly recommend him for all of your heating and cooling needs!
We didn't end up using Eminence for reasons unrelated to quality or cost of service. In fact we wanted to leave this review to make sure we commend the exceptional customer service and professionalism. The gentleman who answered my call was off the bat very kind and assuring that he can get us a quote for a new AC asap AND that he offers an AC rental to hold us over.
