Mike was professional, pleasant and polite. He explained what was wrong and how he would rectify the problem; obtained parts for us and worked quickly. Very reasonable charge. We would use Eminence again and highly recommend to others.
Called home up with a bolier fault not working was busy but arrange time to come early than he first mentioned came on time solved the issues and will be using in the future he was so helpful
I can’t recommend Mike highly enough, he did a great job for us & was really polite, and a clean tradesman. He went above & beyond - staying late to get the job finished so we had heating for the evening. I’ll definitely use Mike again & have already booked him in for future work
