I started weight lighting a year ago and knew little to nothing. Had 0 mobility . Thanks to the great coaches and programing. My number have increased and my mobility has double. I even got to compete in a couple of competitions and had a great time.

Eminence Barbell is great. There is programming 6 days a week and so many class options, morning, nights, and weekends. I’ve gotten to build strong connection with the other lifters and it’s great to have a team of lifters to motivate each other. Coach Andy and Coach Chad are very knowledgeable and make me feel supported when training AND competing.
