I purchased half dozen oysters from Emily's Oysters at Bath Farmer's market. I also bought another half dozen from another vendor there. I have to say Emily's oysters are much cleaner and sweeter. Try yourself!
Emily's oysters are fresh and flavorful--reasonably priced, too. We also had a lot of fun learning how to shuck oysters with the special knife she sold us. Treat yourself and your family to a taste of the sea.
Can’t speak highly enough of the flavor, freshness and quality of these oysters. And Emily is a consummate business owner - we need more small local businesses like this one!
