I received a gift certificate from my daughter for my birthday for Emily's cleaning service. I called her she said she'd call me back. I receive no call back. I called her several times in the last 2 years with no response. The gift certificate was for $200. Poor form Emily.
I purchased a gift certificate for my mother from Emily. My mother has tried to contact her with no response. Both telephone and email. I attempted to email her as well with no response. After reading more reviews, this appears to be an issue with Emily. Buyer beware... you will pay and receive no service.
I received $20.00 off my first clean just for scheduling service. The owner was very understanding to my needs as I am older and cannot clean the way i used to. She exceeded my exceptions as far has having someone come to my home, which i have never done before, She made it a comfortable experience and also was able to walk my dogs and do laundry.
Ive been a client of emilys for almost two years now and i have never had a single complaint. Great prices compared to the other companies in the area and the quality of service is more than i could ask. Very comforting to have the same person come each time and have all of my picky expectations met!
Stopped showing up to clean and didn't return calls or emails. Pre-paid her as well, so I'm out the money. Beware on this one!
