Their staff and the doctor were all great, very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
I had a 4:30 appointment and was still sitting in the waiting room 15 minutes later with no update. When I finally asked what was going on, I was told—very casually—that they were “about 20 more minutes behind.” There was no communication, no apology, and no respect for my time. I normally take my beloved fur babies to Colonial Park however, they did not have any immediate openings and referred me to Palmyra. What a blessing that was!!! The staff was very friendly, just as is Colonial Park, which was very much appreciated. We saw Dr Brady and he has such a wonderful bedside manor!!! He was very observant and caring to my Precious(Cat)! He definitely put my mind at ease!
