The staff was extremely accommodating. Dr Wirtz made me very relaxed and explained my procedure in depth. She also offered several options. Day of surgery still a blur, was out before I blinked. Dr Wirtz was very proactive to make sure I healed properly. Can't say enough about my experience at Cleveland Plastic Surgery. Just love Dr Wirtz.
Dr. Wirtz was wonderful from beginning to end. She is a genuinely kind and warm person, and by my last appointment she felt more like a friend than only my surgeon. The results of my breast lift are better than I could have hoped for and have given me so much confidence. I cannot thank her and the rest of the staff (who were all very sweet and welcoming as well) enough for this experience ❤️
Dr. Wirtz is an outstanding surgeon who makes you feel like you are her only patient (and trust me she's busy). I had surgery with her. She was meticulous with the details and did a beautiful job. The recovery, which I was told woukd be a little tough, was a walk in the park. The result was beautiful. Very professional practice. Everyone there is friendly and just makes you feel confident you are in the right place. Too bad I can only give them 5 stars. They deserve more! Thanks so much!
As long as you're 100% sure you won't have pimost op complications & are not the last surgery scheduled yea..guess it be ok. I wish I could give negative stars. I should have known. The day of my surgery I was the last patient so I believe my procedure was rushed so everyone could get home. I was awakened from the anesthesia with the nurse trying to force my shoes on & tossing me every with way to get my clothes on.
