Dr. Emily Wirtz did a fabulous job with my Botox! I’ve gone to other places prior but never felt the warmth and care like Emily provided me in her office. I’ll definitely be going back. The office and staff were super friendly and accommodating. I asked for an earlier week when they were booked out, but within a day they called me back with an earlier appointment so I was ready for my vacation. Thank you Dr. Wirtz and staff!
Friendly enough people to schedule with and results look good in photos, but I scheduled an appt for a consult and put $100 down. I was told that if I scheduled a surgery it would go towards that. I called today to cancel because I’m going elsewhere and they wouldn’t refund the $100 even though I made the appt less than 24 hrs ago. I get a non-refundable deposit to a degree, but when I cancel less than a day later??? The appt wasn’t even for another 5 weeks so it’s not like it’s a spot they won’t fill. Dr Emily Wirtz was amazing in every aspect! I came to the CPSI for gender affirming top surgery and my results are stunning. I had J-cups and a high BMI that other surgeons often turn down. Dr Wirtz was very clear with expectations and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. All the staff at the office were very kind, respectful, and helpful. Everything exceed my expectations and I leave with amazing results and feeling more like my true self.
