They were amazing and so sweet. We originally wanted the nautilus but it was sold out so we custom made one and changed a bit to her liking. They made this process so easy and I will recommend them to everyone I know!

Unfortunately not a great experience. I ordered a custom made 8 inch (20.3 cm) gold thread clasp bracelet, as their standard 7 inch (18.8cm) size would not fit me. I paid extra for the custom job, plus shipping to Denmark. That is not what I received, the measurement was off by 2 cm and hence too small for me. As shown in photo here, the bracelet I received was 18.5cm. From the first time we visited the store, the employees were so welcoming and helpful because I really didn't know what I wanted my ring to look like or what I thought looked best on me. I am a repeat online customer of Emily Warden Designs, because I was seeking quality, everyday pieces from a small designer instead of a mall chain. I am so happy I found this studio! I have bought three pairs of earrings and wear them often. The quality is exceptional, and the shipping was lightning fast (my selections were ready-made pieces, not custom ones.) I love my Carlyle topaz mini and my cherry studs, especially. I'll be back again, for sure.
