Beautiful jewelry but customer service could use some work. I’ve spent close to $15k at EWD and had no issues with responsiveness when I began buying from them. My issue is they pick and choose when they want to respond to your emails. I have found myself hesitating to even send them an email because I feel like I am a burden to them. Every member of the EWD staff is so lovely, gracious, and knowledgable, I've had nothing but wonderful interactions there.
