I was referred to Dr. Silverman by my primary physician because of possible hormonal imbalance issues leading to excessive hair shedding. She completely lacked grace, empathy which is not an obligation but her obvious lack of mere professionalism and beyond was duly noted. It was bizarre how as she spoke of how important diet is for obesity, pre diabetes and attempting to get husband on weight loss medication with a confident aire of superiority while she clearly presented as more obese herself and our age or younger. …TOTALLY INEPT “UNQUALIFIED”…!!! I was informed the doctor COULDN’T (WOULDN’T-?) see me UNLESS I brought ALL PAST medical records (from 18 yrs. ago) including horrmone levels, blood tests,…etc….!!! (I THOUGHT that was why I was going there-!!!) …B.T.W.,… The doctor who had that information …PASSED-AWAY …YEARS AGO…!!! I have NO IDEA what happened to my 18 year old documents… SO…!!! They WOULDN’T see me…!!!…🤬 1 “star”…ONLY…!!! TO SUBMIT REVIEW…!!!
