Extremely kind and caring! Emily listens to your concerns, your worries and your issues. She then takes your health history and together works up the best plan for you to follow. She is logical and empathetic towards all of your needs and concerns. I'm exceptionally happy with the way that Emily acknowledges and hears your ideas holistically. The Ogden Clinic Staff at Grand View were professional, kind, and helpful. Dr. Shanfelt listened to my concerns and helped me make a game plan to help improve my health concern. She was willing to work with me regarding treatment and did not push me into something I was not willing to do. She was honest and professional throughout the appointment.
