Zero communication from Emily or staff. Around thanksgiving I was running out of my medicine. After repeated attempts to reach them and multiple voice mails left with no response (2 weeks without meds) I called my family doctor and asked her take over my diabetic care. I went to Emily because everyone I talked to said she was the best. I will say go elsewhere if you care about your health.
Friendly and helpful until the Ozempic made me miserably sick. Then it was if I didn't care about my diabetes she can't help... I refused 1 medication, after it making me terribly sick. So thanks Emily, for talking down to me and making me feel crazy....when it was the medication you constantly pushed and demanded I take. So glad I finally stopped, against your advice! Hopefully none of your patience have lifetime damaging effects from being bullied into not listening to their own body. Please, please do better.
