I have tried to work with these people. Since Roderick Daniels did my taxes for 2019 in 2020. They were unable to help me for over a year because of hurricane Laura. Then I had something come up. For the past year I’ve been continuously lied to by Miss Summer young herself. She continues giving me a runaround
I won't speak on behalf of the entire team but Roderick Daniels is a crook and because of that I Will not return, he even went as far as blocking me once I picked my check up and realized there was about 3k missing.
My taxes weren't submitted correctly or on time. I submitted my information on 2/27 and these people didn't submit it to the IRS until 5/27 after I had to call and check on it. This was all verified by the IRS. Go somewhere else that's not owned by liars. My taxes were prepared by Summer Young. You're not only wrong, but a liar.

I would like to give 0 stars. Emily's Tax service did my taxes wrong so I had to get someone else to file amended return. Oh and they charged me about $1500 for this service. I had no choice since they had my refund deposited into their account and issued me a cashier's check for $4800 when it should have been over $6000. I am filing suit at this time and have reported the fraud to the IRS.
