Emily is a wonderful person! I have known her for about a year and am currently being coached by her. She has helped me form better lifestyle habits, provided me with resources for reference, and has been there for me mentally/emotionally through the toughest times. I love her positive energy and kindness. She is so insightful and does not judge. I’m so blessed to have met her and started working with her.
