Knowledgeable, kind, punctual
Not impressed. I felt dismissed, rushed, and confused. I asked if she wanted to see the (initial) xray of my leg- she said she looked at the hospital xray (14 days after injury). I asked if she read the report I sent her: she didn’t answer. While responding to her question, she abruptly turned to her assistant said something, got up and left me. She didn’t tell me what was wrong with my leg. I still don’t know. I shared my experience with my pcp and we are going to get a second opinion with McLaren.
Dr. Ren is a compassionate doctor! She explains things in easy to understand terms and speaks with patients and their families, making sure any concerns are understood and addressed! I would highly recommend Dr. Ren for anyone needing bone related surgeries!
