This post is not intended for Dr. Reams. This has to do with her staff, more specifically Whitney that took my call. I called needing to make an appointment as a new patient. I was not treated with respect or professionalism. I was questioned on why I was wanting to change pcp’s and told there was something “fishy” going on.
