I hate to write negative reviews, especially for medical providers. it took me over a year to get established as a patient at quail run after moving here. When I was going through a health crisis, I really wanted to be seen by her as my primary care doctor, and not only her nurse practitioner. Dr. Piekenbrock told me to wait 3 weeks to see if symptoms resolve, despite having openings in her schedule. I've really struggled with conventional medical providers because I often feel dismissed, rushed, or like I am a box to check. I have a functional medicine doctor that I see virtually but wanted to have a local provider for acute and in person visits, and honestly, my expectations were low based on past experiences. Not even a full day has passed since my visit and I'm thrilled to have Dr. Piekenbrock as my pcp. She was warm and inviting and I'm confident she is giving me the best care I could receive. I'm so so thankful for her thorough listening and eagerness to help me.
Emily is a genuinely caring and kind person and a great doctor. She listens to my health concerns and provides a good plan of care that has worked 100% of the time for me. I highly recommend her as a PCP to anyone looking for a great doctor.
Dr. Emily is the Best Dr. I have ever had. She listens, she's kind, very smart & pretty. She always tries to figure out whats the problem & trys to come up with a solution. I can't say enough great things about her. I Highly recommend her.
