I recently visited Emily for the New Client Customized Facial, expecting a comprehensive as described on the website. However, I was disappointed by the lack of communication throughout the session. I had anticipated that she would explain the products she was using and the steps involved in the facial, but unfortunately, there was minimal discussion.
